My sister in fiber and newly published designer, Mel bestowed this honor upon me - fun. How'd she know that one of my secret fantasies is to be a rocker? Specifically a cool chick bass player? Might have happened too, had I not loaned the three-quarter bass that one boy gave me to another boy down the road who started a band and never gave it back.
